Lubumbashi is the capital city of the former Katanga Province, the leading mining province in the DR Congo. About 3 hours flight form Johannesburg, 2 hours from Nairobi and with flight to the World (Ethiopia, The USA and so forth), Lubumbashi has a relative peace and security as opposed to other cities in the DR Congo.

It is also a city that is in serious need for environmental expertise for environmental compliance, which explains our presence.
